I ended up having an extra stressful #hemiplegicmigraine today. Along with my usual symptoms (left sided weakness, numbness, tingling, loss of balance, impaired vision, etc) my chest also felt so heavy, my neck seized up and I got muscle twitches in my toes, fingers and face. So hard to not panic 😔

How do so many neurodivergent folks maintain vivid hair colors? It’s been less than two months and I’m ready to give up. It’s hard enough to hype myself up for a shower, the last thing I want to do is have to wash my hair in cold water 😂
