Got some sad news yesterday. Then today got a new ep confirmed for a label release, got booked for a good gig, the sun is shining, and I'm away for a lovely music weekend. Life eh?

Bumped into someone recenty who told me I shouldn't start running so soon after surgery, and now of course I can't wait to go for a run this weekend. That's all the inspiration I needed.
