It's here! It's here! It's simultaneously fulfilled all of my Cucumber powder dreams and also is just dry. So very dry.
It really does taste like cucumber, just without all of that wonderful moisture that makes cukes a joy to eat with a pinch of salt and some Tzatziki.
So, mummified cukes. Yay!

Every year my wife, 30 - 50 close friends and I stay awake for 24 hours in a row playing board games. We do this not because we'd do it anyway but to raise money for Boston Children's Hospital. Anyway, here's one of two pics I took at this year's event.
