dont know if it makes you feel better, but this is exactly how social security has worked for decades. Automatic processing of benefit determinations with little to no human oversight requiring individuals to lobby for themselves in nightmarish private bureaucracies has been around for a generation

similar to obama and trump, by winning he's already executed to an extent. Not to say he doesn't have the potential to be bad or fail, or that he's by any means perfect, its just his victory itself was such an accomplishment he will be able to coast on that
