I’ve heard so many things about London — how depressing it is, how it’s the best city in the world with the best/worst food, etc.

Turns out it’s all of those things at once, and a place I really hope to return to asap after spending two weeks there.

Gym progress pic! Still a long way to go, but it’s the best I’ve probably looked my entire life, and hitting my 30s in a decent shape feels relieving.
