You can decline this Agreement to Arbitrate-and no other provision of these terms-by emailing an opt-out notice to arbitration-opt-out@discord.com within 30 days of September 29, 2025 or when you first register your Discord account, whichever is later; otherwise, you shall be bound to arbitrate Disputes in accordance with the terms of these paragraphs. If you opt out of the Agreement to Arbitrate, Discord also will not be bound by it and there shall be no arbitration agreement existing between you and Discord, whether under these or prior arbitration provisions. If you opt out of the Agreement to Arbitrate, you may exercise your right to a trial by jury or judge, as permitted by applicable law, but any prior existing agreement to arbitrate Disputes will not apply to claims not yet filed. Even if you do not create/consume/like NSFW media you must speak up for SWs and NSFW creators b/c the criminalizing and banning of it is just another step towards fascism. It will be used to target minority groups, LGBT, etc. and anything deemed "unsanitary" or "degenerate".

Okay so I read an article from Rawstory and get this. Trump’s picks can’t even be confirmed because they will not sign the ethics committee agreement that comes standard in times of transition. Their hatred for the government is SO STRONG they will literally deny themselves power.
