One key concern is the impact on contigency or reserve (and perhaps these are different pools?) If we are drawing down reserves to fund a CP option, then do we have reserves/contingency elsewhere for the unexpected?

Anything for shareholder value I guess. (Oh, and to ensure no regulation or litigation.) This guy is as empty as the Washington leadership.
