No not particularly, TP4056's and TP4057's themselves are decent but look out for PCBs with termination resistors (on CC1 and CC2 pins) or in your case where you've already got something just don't use sources that are usb-c to usb-c where they might otherwise do something weird.

Be careful what usb source you plug those tp4056s into, they don't have the correct usb c termination and some sources will kill them.
