I have bad memories of players constantly adjusting to new OCs, this is even more important when you have a defensive coach. I will not cry if Grubb is fired, but I will be angry if he is fired without an experienced replacement. Need a new QB soon, I don't want a rotating door of OCs as well.

I think you have to give him one more year. I will happily give someone an offseason to learn from their mistakes. What I don't want is a troop of new OCs every year hoping to get it right. I did not expect this to be a championship team, I expect more next year.

honestly, we need to stop using the cash numbers and start using percentage of cap. The numbers are too large for an average person to deal with, percentage of cap is what matters. the NFL cap is 225.4 mill so 50 mil is 22%.
