Living with #bipolar and #CPTSD it is hard to ignore the negative aspects of these illnesses. However, from time to time I have to remind myself of the positive accomplishments and experiences that I've had courtesy of my #neurodivergent brain.

Some Aurora borealis pics from last night just by my home in North Cumbria, UK. The reds were visible with the naked eye, and you could see the 'dancing'. Simply stunning 🤩
