Reorganized and upgraded my gaming loft space. It's my own little space to hang out, that isn't a hidden cave, but also isn't taking over the living room. It's been my space for years, but it was previously very crowded and messy.

Some experimentation. Baked orange roughy in a lemon orange cream sauce with a side of wilted kale and spinach done with EVOO, honey, and apple cider vinegar.

I improvised a lamb stroganoph with konjac "noodles" and made a side salad. It's good. I had ground lamb (actually mutton if I'm to understand it) in the freezer, so I thawed it without a specific plan. This is what it became.

Did a little storage upgrade to my PS5 and added some Genshin stickers to the cover while I was at it. Yissss. I already have an 8TB external HDD, but it only really works for playing PS4 titles.

For tonight's dinner, I made lamb (mutton?) shoulder and loaded baked golden potato with a side salad.
Apparently, most meat marketed as lamb at the grocery store is actually mutton. Also, a lamb shoulder steak is currently significantly cheaper than a similar high-quality cut of beef.

Tonight I made Omurice, without the traditional ketchup, because I don't really like ketchup. I've never attempted it before. It turned out really good.
