My handmade throw blanket; it's so warm and soft and in such pretty colors (two greens, navy, burgundy, and a very pale purple). And it was super fun to explore entrelac and different techniques while I made it!

Electric Arches by Eve L. Ewing. An adventurous and experimental collection of poetry, prose, and art that uses its speculative and poetic elements to write towards an Afrofuturist (or at least that's the word she used in 2018 when I was at a reading of hers) vision of Black liberation.

Always Coming Home by Ursula K. LeGuin. Possibly one of the best novels ever written. Structurally bold, stylistically innovative, politically and socially ambitious.

The Misenchanted Sword by Lawrence Watt-Evans! A sword-and-sorcery romp that is exactly the kind of thing that you would expect from a book with a hunched-over wizard and a glowing sword on the cover.

Song by Brigit Pegeen Kelly! Truly one of the books of all time, a perrenial favorite collection of poems, and one of very few things I might claim is perfect. Tender, imaginative, haunting, magical
