The best personal “OPSEC” is critical thinking. Misinformation isn’t necessarily the [direct] problem, it’s just that it’s propagated because few people are able to pierce through the noise.

Even taking a few seconds to ask yourself if something makes sense can save you from a lot of BS.

Lots of good suggestions in this thread, but most are probably overkill, yeah. However, generally even a little privacy/OPSEC goes a long way. Just remember that nothing is ever completely secure.

Use a local spreadsheet without cloud syncing, or use a service with end-to-end encryption.
