On the road again! He slept the first 3 hours, now is giving me the side eye because I didn’t let him go INSIDE Whataburger, and he also didn’t get to EAT any Whataburger. (Nobody needs a dog with diarrhea on a road trip!)

This was an exciting presentation I was lucky enough to attend in 2019. Dr Hie-Won Hann, MD, FAASLD was discussing her life’s work: HBV, from vaccine-treatment-towards cure. She expected a cure for HBV w/in 10 yrs. I hope she was right! Remember the excitement around the new HCV drugs 10 years ago?

I didn’t take a picture of mine, but I made this for dinner tonight. (I served it over quinoa). It is DELICIOUS!
