So, to me, there is no problem. 🤷🏻♀️ If they can't muster the courage as grown fucking adults to tell this woman she's impacting their environment, then clearly she isn't. Genuinely cope and seethe, because that's what they've relegated themselves to.

Again, it's been since April. NO ONE has told her she's too loud, not a single person. They told her to close her door when she takes calls, not that she's too pushy, not that she's too loud face-to-face, not that she has no sense of boundaries, not that she starts projects at 4:57, none of that.

The way they speak about her, she is the single worst thing to happen to this office since they were sold to their (now) parent company. There are people here who outrank her, they could say something. Will they? For the sake of their employees' sanity? Of course not! That would be "rude"!

Last time the guy weed whacking was actively smoking a cigarette while operating a GAS-POWERED weed whacker. This time I heard him lament, loudly at 9am on a Saturday mind you, that they had to wait until they were done to have a smoke break. It's Final Destination-levels of carelessness.

To give you another idea: where we live it has been raining at least a couple inches every 24hrs for about two months. They just left and now my backyard is yellow. YELLOW. Of course that would be the parts of it that actually still have grass because about 1/3 of it is just dirt now 🤷🏻♀️
