Long-Legged Ant would definitely be more accurate, plus you could save Spider Ant for an ant that ACTUALLY resembles a spider, or more clearly behaves like one.

I have to wonder what parts of this ant would make sense for it to be called a spider ant, because I’m seeing nothing. Does it shoot webs? Do they trap their prey in their nest? Where does the spider part come from?
