Having a senior dog is no joke. The end stage of a dog’s life is filled with so much worry and sadness. My poor baby has been going through it.

Another thing about the OceanGate documentary like many Stockton Rush was trying to emulate billionaires. Similar to Elizabeth Holmes from the infamous Theranos blood testing company. The moment human lives are used in an experimental way the stakes are higher. It’s not like selling iPhones….

Stockton Rush and the entire OceanGate team were reckless and safety wasn’t even #5 on the list of things they cared about. I think the Netflix doc did a good job of laying out the story from the beginning and who everyone was. The blame is spread across several individuals.

I watched the Discovery and Netflix Titan Submersible docs and it was maddening watching Stockton Rush be so determined to play with people’s lives.

Having a balance diet is important but this obsession with protein and not talking about Fiber……to process all that protein in fiber you also need to be consuming enough liquids throughout the day👀.

I’ve been tracking my water/liquid intake and found out I wasn’t drinking enough during my work day. It’s one of the small things I’ve been doing to get back on track.

Last year I got blood work done to check my vaccination immunity and thankfully I did. I needed another dose of the chickenpox vaccine (I’ve never had the chickenpox). Since measles and everything else is going around I encourage you to ask for blood work to check your immunity.

Those balloon popping dating videos are so cringe. I saw someone I went to high school with and I was so embarrassed for her. Everyone has their preferences but to pick people apart in front of others AND on video……absolutely not💀.

Honestly I don’t even feel imposter syndrome anymore….I hate making mistakes, but I surely won’t beat myself up about it.

I hate the heat but I thrive when it’s 80 degrees at 9pm. Something about being outside when it’s dark and warm out just feels so good.
