Me every time I start another New Vegas playthrough: "This'll be the one where I finally play Caravan!"
20 minutes in, when Ringo is explaining the rules of Caravan: "Never mind. I remember why I hate this."
(I did win 3 games to finally get the achievement. I couldn't tell you how though.)

Saw all four Matrix movies for the first time in about a week's time. Here are some of my thoughts:
First movie was amazing, and there's nothing I could say about it that hasn't already been said. One of those things where you immediately get why it was such a big deal when it first came out.

This new Tame Impala album sounds like the imaginary music my exhausted brain hallucinates out of my bedroom fan's white noise as I'm halfway to falling asleep after 9 hours of listening to the worst music ever on the radio at my job.

I had a dream a little white ago where I went to see the new Spider-Man movie and Shang-Chi was in it, but Spider-Man kept thinking he was Iron Fist because he didn't understand they were different characters and that was like supposed to be the running joke through the movie but nobody was laughing

I finally got the game on Steam from the autumn sale and started playing with basically no knowledge of what it's about. Of the first three princesses I got, two of them were the Adversary and the Tower.

Golden Sun fans disappointed that the company that has made nothing but sports titles for 15 years has announced another sports title
Good news though, Hades II 1.0 is coming out in two weeks! Just enough time to finish a fresh playthrough of the first game :D

Musou games always seem so cool in theory, but every time I've tried playing one I always get bored after like 6 missions or so.
I've bounced off Hyrule Warriors like 3 or 4 times. And don't get me started on the Berserk one...

After playing this a bit more, I might have been overly harsh in my initial impressions. The camera does feel better, after turning down the sensitivity in the settings. And the controller support is great, esp for Steam Deck users, and sadly very rare in the CRPG genre.
Neverwinter Nights 2 "Enhanced Edition" is another lazy release from Aspyr, of Star Wars Battlefront Collection fame. $30 for AI-upscaled textures (worse than free mods on nexus) and half-working controller support. They claim to have fixed the famously difficult camera but I saw no change.

We're entirely beyond 80's nostalgia by now, and have just passed 90's nostalgia depending on who you ask, and are just starting on the untapped market of 00's nostalgia for stinky nu-metal. We're one Evanescape drop in Daredevil Born Again S2 from a total cultural revision of the 20o1-2007 era.
I don’t know who at Bandai Namco made this but it couldn’t not be any clearer that they spent their life making AMVs, saw their moment to shine, and did not hesitate.

Unrelated, you can get the entire Wheel of Time series for $18 on Humble. Only a few dollars more than a monthly Amazon Prime subscription and a way better use of your time than watching the show

Tbh I hated that show from day one and no matter how much better it got, you can never fix those season 1 problems. I'm not shedding any tears that it's been cancelled.
At least a lot of people will try the books now since the show will never give any closure.
