Good news on this from my state representative today (though maybe it's old news by now):
Screen capture of e-mail from Washington State Representative Julia Reed's office: "Thank you for voicing your opposition to HB 1584, which would eliminate mail-in voting in Washington State. Rep Reed agrees with you, and is pleased to report that the bill did not come up for a vote in the House committee on State Government and Tribal Relations in time for the required deadline. It is therefore unlikely to pass this year, and you can count on her to continue to oppose this type of legislation."
