Its not rust but terminal-parrot also makes it pretty easy to make custom ascii loops from static frames. Thats what I used, traditionally.

And, obviously, it isn't just python with that problem. Node is pretty notorious for that stuff, too (plus, you're supposed to use Yarn for that stuff nowadays, cool).
Second biggest issue is the codes formatting requirements. One misplaced tab and it just goes bonkers.

My biggest issue w/ Python is lack of version backwards compatibility. I'm spoiled with Rust (and similarly, I'm not super advanced) where there is no specific need for creating individual work environs (though, you can) because updating doesn't break pre-existing code, like how Py does.

Maybe the ground laid from the game experience exascerbated the effect of the movie for me bc like it legit scared me which was surprising bc normally I would just laugh at horror movies. Like I didn't like it, it was too evil, don't watch it

Legit like the creepiest game ever. I played the sht out of it when I was a kid but also like I was a kid, it was more about item collection. Now looking at it, yeah that sht was dark. Also maybe like the creepiest movie, too. That movie is f'd up and I only watched it once!
