Try just one stick at a time. I'm almost willing to bet it's a bad stick of ram.
I'd be more than happy to help troubleshoot further and adjust your bios settings, just rn I'm at work and don't have access to discord or telegram. :/
Both my PC's are gigabyte, so I'm well familiar with the bios.

This is a silly question, and I'm kind of upset I didn't think of this beforehand. But did you try starting your computer with only the new RAM in?

There should be stickers on each stick of RAM, and it should tell you the Mhz speed, and (hopefully) the voltage.
If the kits are different, then that's why things either don't boot or are extremely slow.
I'd also check the BIOS to ensure X.M.P is turned on, and the RAM speed is correct.

Typically, most ram is compatible with any motherboard. But if you have mis-matching kits (like say if one is set for 3200Mhz and the other 3600Mhz), then your PC will boot, but will be ungodly slow. But there are BIOS tweaks you can do to set the timings and make it run smoother.

Do you have the RAM kit number? It looks like a long string of numbers like this.
KF432C16BB1K2/32
For both of them if you can.

Do you have your specs? Like Ram kit, cpu and motherboard? If you give me those I can make a personalized BIOS guide you can use.

I definitely feel this. The more communities you're in and the more your own grows it gets tiring mentally and physically to get back to everyone.
