Nothing is quite as heartbreaking as keeping a bonded pair of kittens in two separate rooms.
HOWEVER,
It's their fault for eating random bugs when they were in the shelter, and in a few hours they'll be back with each other and I'll be the one having to treat and vacuum every inch of the house...

Nothing is quite as heartbreaking as keeping a bonded pair of kittens in two separate rooms.
HOWEVER,
It's their fault for eating random bugs when they were in the shelter, and in a few hours they'll be back with each other and I'll be the one having to treat and vacuum every inch of the house...

Part of me wants to force "On the Economy of Machinery and Manufactures" into peoples hands of all the armchair statisticians and economists and order them to read the damn thing.
It'd be considered a form of torture to be sure (Babbage was not especially eloquent) but he understood externals.
