You're talking about trouble in pairs vs consecrated Sphinx in terms of drawing some cards and playing them all, and drawing a ton of cards but playing few. You can do both it only depends on what kind of deck you are playing. *especially* for graveyard decks that will just use them later.

It's worth mentioning that mass card draw gets exponentially better the more free cards you run, fierce guardianship, force of will, pact of negation, etc. But new players aren't making high end optimized combo decks lol
