I brought this up to my friend who owns a liquor store. He says it’s a response to thc drinks increasingly cutting into liquor sales, which goto the state. I’m more inclined to think it’s regarding the crap you can buy at a gas station.

How long have you had that clematis? Has mine for 3 years and it’s barely grown. Still produces beautiful blooms but no growth.
