The joys of living in a small Aussie country town

I just saw a small Blue Tongue scurry into my house & I have no idea where it went

I have 2 Jacks, 15-year-old litter siblings who don't do much of anything these days

Hopefully they leave each other alone & Bluey finds his way back outside

I've been watching early episodes of the Love or List It (CAN), and Love It or List, Vancouver

Are all Canadians that rude?? The way the homeowners talk to the hosts leave me flabbergasted

They are so fricken rude and disrespectful - I'd walk off the job if people spoke to me like that

Got my latest edition of the Aussie Cricket cards for 2024/25

And this card caught my eye 🤪

I drove home from QLD to NSW after going to the Heat v Stars game & I saw 2 Echidna & 1 Emu along the way

I have only ever seen 3 Echidnas in 40 years, last one was probably 20 odd years ago, & an Emu about 12 years ago

And I drive a lot along Aussie country roads
