Joe's brother, Paddy Dolan (87), also pictured, died 6 years later, on Wednesday, 25 December, 2013, Christmas Day, 12 years ago.

It was 36 years ago today (on Thursday, 9th. November, 1989) that the Berlin Wall came crashing down.
It was in place for 28 years - work began building it in the early hours of Sunday, 13th. August, 1961, 64 years ago.
