I’m hoping when I get back to my true routine next week doing these light weights helped maintain some sense of muscle memory so I can do a medium range for me.

It’s truly bizarre but she’s stuck to it after trying them a few times so I’m letting her rid with it. It’s very sad for me bc in winter I could rotate between soups & roasts but.. a roast without potatoes is a no so we don’t do a lot bc it’s picking stuff out for her 😅

I love there fries, one of my favs I’m just happy I like something to balance it.. Len hates like all potatoes, including fries most of the time.. which puzzles me.

A kale salad w grilled nuggets and a lil drizzle of the zesty buffalo is my go to.. and a fry bc I can’t resist a fry and balance 😅

I have never been so captivated listening to an audiobook (chose audio bc .. well I love listening to you so it felt right to have you read me your story). It’s truly been an amazing listen.
