"..Americans apparently love the 30-year mortgage. More than 90% of American mortgage holders have one!" Seriously?!! Are they trying to insinuate that if I could afford a 10 year mortgage I would have chosen the 30 year mortgage I have now?!

I need to start an Improv middle age show that takes place in the afternoon! I started improv classes at 55, joined a sketch team at 56, and need to take a nap before our 9:30 pm show on Saturday :(
