Helped my autistic adult daughter legally change her name this week, and the process of telling all the orgs is going ok so far, it has taken a long time to get to this part and I'm so happy and proud of her for facing doing it as the anxiety of organising to do it was a lot for her and I tbf.

she is an all around hater, so infuriating someone like this was awarded for treating students badly, honors, like her, are a joke
an old tweet thread discussing an article about students and disabilities, where kathleen stock @Docstockk complains about students with anxiety needing accommodations and then admits, "I was shocked when I first read in a student's notes that they should not be asked questions in seminars by me.
