How the hell did this enormous American Bird Grasshopper get in my house? It's three inches long and has powerful legs. This isn't my photo because I was too busy getting it out of my living room. It's known for being able to fly longer than normal grasshoppers. It was safely evicted.

Chuckwallas are big and chill. They look at people and they don't care. Your existence as a human is nothing to them. Eating or sunning themselves on a rock is more important. I find their demeanor amusing.
