Currently, there's only two main issues:

How it plays and the price tag. People are saying that it probably gonna be around $650-$800. A bit pricey for casuals, but if it turns out to be more powerful than an Xbox X, PS5, and Switch 2 put together, it would be wild.

For casual gamers, they only pick one system and may or may not have a good PC. It pick for a console is game taste, exclusives, and third-party. All 3 of the Big 3 lacks a little or lot when it comes to this. But Steam generally has something for everyone and sales on a regular.

It's funny because Microsoft was talking about a Xbox PC/Console hybrid and Valve beat them to it. XD Prolly gonna be cheaper too.

PS5 is still a stable system, but needs to expand on exclusives.

Even Nintendo is in trouble because it will probably play games better than the recently dropped S2.

Last, but certainly not least, the Gabecub.... I mean, Steam Machine:

A PC that acts like a console, plays games from you Steam library, and 6 times more powerful than a Steam Deck. Nah, wrap it up. That's already enough to pack all 3 of the Big 3. With a big library and big sales often, oh boy....

Next, the Steam Frame:

A VR set that plays regular AND VR games. How the hell did we not get a VR like that before? AND no need for a PC? It's already aiming to be the best VR set. But people are suggesting with this coming out Half-Life 3 will be a thing. That or not, I definitely approve this.

First, the new controller:

Honestly, this has gonna be the most weird ass controller I have seen since their last one. The double touch pads are a nice idea on paper, but looks.... off. I will say I like that they made it to last and less chance of stick drift. Could look cooler, but I approve.

As much as I love early gens, each and every one has good Pokémon from them. It also doesn't help we haven't had a game with a full set since Sun and Moon.

More adult fans than younger fans. They bank on that.

Gen 1 mons get too much glazing. I want the game to show more love to the mons outside of the nostalgia ones.

My main concern for the Steam Machine is the price. They say that it's 6 times more powerful than the Steam Deck. The most I can see it is at least $600 to $800. Which would pretty much put most console prices to shame.

Actually, I'm worried the Steam Frame is gonna be pricey too.
