Just saw a story about a new company that's harnessing the power of AI robotics for greenhouse farming. Interesting & innovative, but what's the cost (on many levels)? There's no question that we need to rethink agriculture & feeding the world...food for thought.

I live at the epicenter of concerns about "forever" chemicals in our ground water. Instead of just telling people to throw away their nonstick cookware and other items in the kitchen (and bathroom cupboard, like nonstick dental floss), here's some concrete advice...
