Been so stressed out with too much going on. Work has me overwhelmed, loved ones have passed away and now I'm stuck feeling like I've let down all my closer friends by being so inactive and isolated.

Don't know what to do, just want to shut down and cry even more

And by day- well I'm not much better it seems!
