Apparently, IARC recently decided to update the rating of the DELTARUNE Chapter 1&2 demo to include ‘In-Game Purchases’ because it links to UNDERTALE’s store page at the start.

They only reported 1 bug yesterday (we've received over 500 individual reports since we started testing Chapter 3 PC)

As atleast in my opinion the funtimes would have existed before him with them probably having suits/mascot suits.
And fredbears was in a way or is theorised to connect to circus baby's isn't it? Or circus baby's be near Afton house.

My other friend didn't clarify but they did laugh for about 10 minutes straight hearing me play it
