With white topped grey clouds just visible above the distant horizon. An impressive work of art that will most likely be destroyed with the next easterly storm.

I thought we had a neighbours cat that had dug a crawl space under our fence, because our dog had started getting very interested in the area, first thing every morning. Droppings found this morning solved the mystery. We have nightly hedgehog visitor.

This is a very unseasonal sight for the East of Scotland . The soil here should be damp and stick to boots, not as hard as concrete.
