Our Westie choked on what looks like same type of treat when she was a puppy. Hubby grabbed her up & drove to a Petsmart nearby who had a vet. He ran red lights to try to save her… and they did. Here she is now almost 10 years later… no more raw hide treats.

Hey Fergus, glad to see you again. Hope you and Hoodad doing well. Poor Maggie-Mae has had a skin allergy & the vet lady had to shave her in 3 places so we could treat the sores. Certainly hasn’t slowed her down. Medicine working & she is better now. We’ll be glad when the hair grows back.
