Was hopping to get some cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in this afternoon so we went to Kananaskis. Not enough snow 😔so we wondered around the village & had a bite to eat.

I had a little oopsie this morning. I’m ok but my car isn’t. Stopped at a stop sign, looked didn’t see anything coming and proceeded and then bam!

Seen on my run today. Hadn’t run this route in a bit and didn’t realize there were detours. The deer were helping ensure no one passed. 🤭

Seen on my mountain bike ride today. There was sooooo much up. I swear we climbed Everest 5 times. At least that’s what it felt like. By the time we hit the down I was too tired to enjoy it.

Final day in BC today. Hiked Lower Bugaboo Falls followed by a soak in the hot pool at Radium Hot Springs.

Went to Takakkaw Falls in Yoho National Park. It’s the second highest falls in Canada. Quite spectacular and highly recommended.
