He also began the support of the Contras in Nicaragua which Reagan continued leading to mass suffering and death, and supported the brave fighters of rhe Mujahadeen.

He supported the invasion of East Timor both financially and materially. He refused to assist Vietnams rebuilding, attempted to force a "regime change" in Angola by joining with apartheid South Africas' invasion/counter-revolution, and supported the Khmer Rouge.

2) I still have no idea how or why it broke, but basically had to re-submit the RSS feed ,multiple times and it finally "worked". I have no better explanation. It just worked.
