These disruptions risk higher illness, increased HIV transmission, and greater inequality.

Findings show:

🔴 37% of respondents were not on essential medication (ART, PrEP, HRT).
🔴 Long waiting times and referral issues are pushing people out of the health system.
🔴 Stigma and disrespectful treatment from staff continue to be barriers.
