Winning the Women's Tournament was our Triangle member, Frances Staelin, as well as Samantha Bacon, who took 3rd.

We are here to play pinball and enjoy ourselves. That's what inclusivity stands for; the right for everyone to be seen and be celebrated.

Said affected players made the courageous decision to not play in the Women's Tournament, as well as those who decided to compete anyway to make a statement that way. Regardless, the incident should not have happened in the first place.

Of those who still competed, we can celebrate their wins:

This player, a trans woman who was trying to enter and use the women's bathroom normally, was harassed and the entire venue had to deal with transphobia for three hours, effectively demoralizing a whole contingent of players from competing. This is unacceptable.

Format is 3 hours of matchplay qualifying followed by a top and bottoms final.
