I have the perfect vein in my right arm. It’s large and visible and phlebotomists get a look of sheer joy when I go in for blood work.

But I’m not allowed to donate blood. Sigh.

Pacific region for me. As a SF Bay Area dweller my biggest concern is how to ensure the tech bros that are sprinkled across the entire region will collaborate or be in conflict.

My grandfather grew up in one of the Polish areas (Northwest side), I lived in Paseo Boricua/Humboldt Park (California and Division) for 7 years, worked in the South Side (95th and Hoyne) for 3, went to Loyola for Grad School, and worked in the Loop afterwards (State and Monroe). I love that city.

I may have been in California for 13 years, but Chicago is still a part of me.

I knew it had a time limit and each person had an assigned seat. Basically, all the good parts of a concert experience but without the stressors.

Since yesterday I’ve had major issues with it. I don’t have ad blockers so the side ads refreshing constantly makes scrolling, selecting, and general use impossible.

(Also a neighborhood I won’t ever be able to buy a house in)

All the newer houses or house upgrades are starting to look like this in my neighborhood.
