Saw this recipe in the NYT for one pot creamy chicken and noodles and had to make it. I did alter it a bit, it only called for rosemary but I also added thyme and marjoram. It was perfect on a cold day

What a fantastic read! Bulgakov was a genius using witchcraft, black magic, and a mental institution as metaphors for the tumultuous 1930’s. I can see why it was so censored when it finally was published 26 yrs after his death.
