These essential Suss laws that are being employed by ICE are against the Constitution; notwithstanding Brett Kavanaugh's edict. Fed and State police must identify themselves, & they must have a judicial warrant to gain entry to any home. Also, the Fed doesn't have plenary jurisdiction over cities!

It is clear from the video evidence that Renee Good was shot and killed by Jonathan Ross (ICE agent) which amounts to an alleged murder. The Minneapolis police under State authority have the right to issue an arrest warrant for Mr. Ross & he should stand trial for murder!

There seems to be a general misunderstanding in cities throughout the U.S. Ice agents do not have plenary police power! Local law enforcement have the power and duty to protect its citizenry, which they don't seem to be doing as has been demonstrated in Minneapolis, and other jurisdictions!

Under the Constitution the FBI doesn't have jurisdiction over the State Police and are NOT subordinate to the Federal Police when investigating state crimes. However, they may have concurrent jurisdiction when there are both Federal and State crimes, and work in conjunction with one another!

This is what happens when individuals who are invested with the power to carry a gun in representing the law, and have no understanding of that law. If lawlessness becomes the rule of the day, the U.S. better be careful that they are not on the path to civil war!
