So after finally having the chance to watch the reveal stream VOD and some raw gameplay on YouTube, I have some initial thoughts on Marathon
1. Going to be super interesting to see where Bungie prices this. One mode with three maps is a super tough sell at even $40;

As awesome as it would be for Bungie to release some way to play Marathon on Saturday, it's definitely a long shot.
Odds are that they'll let us know what they're planning for pre-release access and maybe give a date if we're lucky.
Still super excited to see gameplay though!

After watching the S&D Extraction showcase, I think my take is that if they're going to try to mimic CS, they need to go all in. @HCS @halo
Starting weapon should be pistol by default, with BR/DMR having to be purchased (and not be so cheap as to be just auto-buys every round).

When I went to see the Mufasa movie, I wasn’t expecting to be jump scared by Shaxx. I was all but waiting for him to start yelling about throwing more grenades.

With all the hype, I decided to give Stalker 2 a whirl.
It's incredible the game even exists given the Ukraine situation, and I can definitely see there is a quality game here, but good lord is PC performance on the struggle bus. Low settings at 720p and I'm still getting insane frame drops galore.

My initial thoughts on Bluesky are positive, though that may just be because there's a lot less nonsense on the site at the moment. It will be interesting to see how it plays out going forward but I want to be optimistic for the time being.
