Your general tone does not depict someone who really has an open mind. Less than 1% are that rich , how many oligarchs do you think are in this country? There are many millionaires (all major sports players?) a lot of small business owners are also well off. But still a small number in comparison.

It isn't in the Constitution, but was created by Congress as a not for profit government agency regulated by a board of governors appointed by the president. Sorry I can't capitalize president because this one doesn't deserve respect.

No child left behind is another farce, same as everybody gets a trophy, really, who loses, who learns how to win or lose gracefully? All kids lose when they don't have to work hard to earn a victory. Starts to apply when they go to get a job

Thank the Republicans who have been diluting our education system for decades. Look at what and how they teach these days. New math, cut me a break 1+1 still equals 2. Where are the civics classes.
