Correct. It is literally the dumbest, least useful, least relevant review I have received in my entire career, and especially bizarre coming from a @bmj.com journal. 🤷🏻‍♂️

That's it. That is the entire review. Nothing else. And yet the study had NOTHING to do with COVID. It was about patient portal use among diabetics. Does this mean @bmj.com is not accepting health services research from the years 2021-2024 or so?

Oh heck no! The @barkleymarathon.bsky.social hosts only 40 runners each year, people who are at the very top of their game. I am far from that. :) However, I do help out each year at the Baby Barkley, a 50k or so version of the big race that still is brutal.
