Thanks to @hackintimseeley.bsky.social and party for all the warmth and good attention this Indy weekend. I couldn’t put this down today and it reminded me that I picked up the book at issue 3, missed 1&2 and got hooked then. Such talent beyond talent. Pleasure to meet you. Fan for life.

Morning read (part 2 of 2 comics): #batman 234 by titans Denny O’Neil, Neal Adams, & Dick Giordano. Marks silver age return of #two-face and beyond being collectible, is just the kind of good storytelling that readers enjoy. Precisely why people get hooked. Creative team has passed, not this.

I am positive there will be many good posts about President Carter. He marched to a different drum than most, making him one of the smartest men to ever occupy the office. I think he cared about something larger than the political end notes or roaring crowd and there is wisdom there beyond our own.
