The “Protect America’s Workforce Act” H.R. 2550 was passed by the House on December 11th. It was passed on to the Senate and marked “Received“ on 15 December. Let’s hope that Republicans in the Senate will also join the Democrats to pass the bill. S. 2837 as done by 20 of their House colleagues.

This is the legal means for disrupting the seaborne flow of drugs into the U.S. There should be NO SUPPORT in America for law enforcement, or a military that “SHOOTS FIRST, QUESTIONS LATER” IN PEACETIME.

The U.S. Coast Guard and Navy have effectively conducted Military Law Enforcement against drug traffickers in the Caribbean and Pacific for years. They’ve interdicted all kinds of boats and submersibles seizing innumerable tons of narcotics arresting the crews that are then tried in U.S. Courts.
