MMJ for pain mgmt, the intended effect is pain mgmt (even if it has other uses)

Pharmaceuticals do the same same with side effects/new uses/off-label e.g. sildenafil, Bupropion, Trazodone, Prazosin, Gabapentin, clonidine, beta blockers, etc

I often hear PEM as either someone doesn't have it or they do have it so they have ME/CFS

I went with Coway on sale & just got a 2nd (different model) of theirs yesterday. Happy to send info but very much depends on your specific needs.

Although depending on area involved etc you might want to just get a cheap HEPA
