The US once had a pre-dreadnought museum ship. USS Oregon (BB-3), an Indiana class battleship was a museum in her home state from 1925 until 1942.

Once World War II began, the Navy reclaimed the ship to use as a storage hulk. She was broken up in Japan in 1956.

SMS Pommern was a pre-dreadnought of the Kaiserliche Marine commissioned in 1905. She was destroyed spectacularly with all hands at the Battle of Jutland by a torpedo fired from HMS Onslaught.

She was the only battleship in either fleet to be sunk at the battle.

Pre-Dreadnought HMS Irresistable sinking in the Dardanelles after being mined.

I'm reading about the Dardanelles campaign now, and the British and French assembled a fleet of 28 pre-dreadnoughts who already were slated for scrapping in an attempt to force the straits.
